A Newsletter is coming

Paid supporters are about to get more than just my gratitude

For paid supporters of SH!TPOST, a newsletter is in the works. In the newsletter, you’ll get some news, some hot takes, and some fun internet findings. The first edition will go out next week.

While we’re on a bi-weekly episode release schedule, the distribution will look like this:

Week one: Episode for public
Week two: Newsletter for supporters
Week three: Episode for publicz

And on and on, etc.

I’ve spent a good deal of time pondering how I can offer something more to the people generous enough to support the podcast. I’ll be honest: It’s been a struggle. When I started the show, I wanted the content to be available to anyone who wants to listen, regardless of their financial circumstances. Additionally, I never totally felt right about inviting guests on the show for a paywalled episode if I couldn’t significantly compensate them for the favor. I hope that by providing a newsletter I can split the difference between the two, at least for the time being.

Here’s where you come in.

This newsletter will be exclusively for paid supporters on the SH!TPOST Substack. If you are interested in the newsletter, please reach out to me via emailing a reply to this post or contacting me online somehow and tell me what you’re craving. What topics do you want to see covered? Are you interested in opinion or news? Etc.

As always, thank you for listening to the show. It’s grown into something I never imagined it could ever be and I’m grateful for all the support and encouragement along the way. I’m looking forward to growing it into something more together.
