Hey, gang.
If you listened to the latest podcast, you probably heard that I’m moving to [redacted] next month! While my time in DC has been both fun and illuminating, it’s time for my fiancé and I to make a change that puts us closer to family. We’ll be packing up and heading out around mid-December, which means there will be a period of weeks where I’m unplugged from this newsletter to do things like hang shelves, argue with utility companies, and weep over my credit card statements.
After the podcast drops on the week of December 6, the show will take two weeks off. I’ll be back the last week of December, unless I fall victim to some kind of classic comical furniture-moving accident involving whipped cream and banana peels that causes my arms to spin around like propellers and my tongue to roll out of my mouth displaying shattered teeth. That week, we’ll plan to do the annual call-in show. (If all goes smooth with the move I might explore a way to tape it live this year. Keep your eyes peeled for that.)
And as always, thank you for supporting the show and believing in what we’re doing here. When I started this thing a few years ago, I didn’t expect anyone to listen. And now I’ve got all you hooligans! It is humbling and awesome.
Catch you with a newsletter later this week!
