At 59:15 Garcia is said to be innocent of any wrongdoing since he arrived in the US, and deported only due to his skin color. That is not correct.

His wife in Maryland has filed multiple charges of physical abuse against him, with pages of her hand-written statements. When asked, she refused to affirm that she wanted him returned to the U.S.

In 2022, the Tennessee Highway Patrol stopped Garcia due to speeding on I-40, found he was driving without a license, AND was human trafficking 11 people in his vehicle, one of whom was positively identified for being on a terrorist watchlist. This was published by the DoJ in late April, after this podcast was recorded.

At 58:38 discussion of U.S. Supreme Court order for the President to "facilitate" the return of Garcia; Press Sec differentiates that from "effectuate". There is an explanation. SCOTUS will not order the Executive branch to act on matters of U.S. foreign policy. Trump asked Bukele to return Garcia. That is facilitating. Bukele doesn't want to return Garcia. Effectuate would mean SCOTUS was demanding that Trump get Garcia back, by any means possible, e.g. threaten to suspend all foreign aid, or invade El Salvador if Bukele doesn't comply. The wording isn't a minor or "shameful" verbal distinction.

At 56:28 "The last cheeto in the door lock protecting American democracy is the DJIA. Just a joke country." What does that mean? Also, where do you deem is better i.e. not a joke country?
